The "Hybrid Chair" is a blend of elements from the "Contour Chair" and "Contour Arm Chair" where the sides of the seat rise up to form a cup shape for the seat.  The first "Hybrid Chair" was started in early October of 2012.  Soonafter, I got a special order for 4 of this design and I started work producing them immediately.  By mid November I had completed the special order and returned to chair #1 to complete it by mid December.  Upon completion it was immediately placed in one of my gallery outlets and it sold only a few weeks later.
